Our Alerts and Reports provide you with
the information you need to manage drivers and assets.
Alerts
SEGRAI's
real time alerts allow you to impact performance and productivity by
staying informed. An alert will be delivered via the following: system
alert, email, text message and/or pager notification.
Excess Idle
If
the ignition is on and the vehicle has not moved after a set period of time, an excess
idle alert is activated.
Speeding
If
a vehicle exceeds a speed you define, an alert will be sent.
Geofencing
Mark a geographic area for notification by Radius, Polygon or Route.
This alert allows you to tag a specific area and assign it to all or a
select number of vehicles. Once a vehicle enters and/or exits the
geofence, an alert will be sent.
Landmark / POI
Tag a specific Landmark/POI (point of interest) and assign it to all or a
select number of vehicles. Vehicles that enter and/or exit
the Landmark/POI will be included in reporting.
Temperature and Refrigeration
Monitor a refrigeration unit and if the temperature of the unit is not
within a specified range, an alert will be sent.
Custom Alert
We have the flexibility to monitor a wide variety of mechanisms,
including: pumps, tank levels, liquid flow, etc.
Reports
SEGRAI provides management
level reports that allow you to measure results.
After Hours Report
Reports on “After hours” or other unauthorized use, as input to
management for corrective action.
Alert Report
Displays a list of all alerts generated within a date range.
Current Activity Report
Displays all active items and related information.
Detailed Activity Report
Displays activity information along with detailed information related to
the trip.
Driver Activity Report
Displays a summary of all activity for drivers within a given date range.
Fleet Driver Vehicle History
Displays detailed history for each vehicle-driver assignment.
Fleet Hours Worked
This report provides a summary of the actual hours a vehicle has been
used. It details hours worked, days worked and average hours worked per
day. Use this report to measure productivity across your fleet.
Landmark Status Report
Displays when landmark status changes.
Mileage Report
Displays the approximate mileage for each day.
Speed Report
Displays sessions that generated speed alerts within a given date range.
Start/Stop Summary Report
Displays start & stop times, start & stop locations, max speed and
distance covered for each trip within a given date range.
User Login Report
Displays user activity in the system within a given date range.
Vehicle Utilization Report
Displays a summary of vehicle utilization.
